01 · Size & spec chart
Molded tube sizes we produce
All tubes are press-moulded in one shot from wood fiber, stone powder, tapioca starch and stearic acid. Because the bore comes off a steel tool, the inner diameter is repeatable from carton to carton — that is what keeps shells feeding and cake lines running. The table below is reference data; final dimensions follow the drawing you approve.

- Material: wood fiber, stone powder, tapioca starch and stearic acid — one-shot press-moulded. It deforms rather than shattering, does not absorb water and does not delaminate.
- Wall thickness: 3–20 mm to your grade — light wall for weight, heavy wall (DR11 type) for repeated firings.
- Bore tolerance: held to a controlled band and checked batch by batch; the exact figure is agreed against your drawing.
- Sizes not listed: we cut moulds to any inner diameter from 25 mm to 300 mm, any length up to 1.2 m. Send the specification and we will quote new tooling.
02 · Packing & container loading
How the tubes are packed and shipped
Tubes that arrive bowed or damp have to be re-worked before they can be used, so packing is treated as part of the product, not an afterthought. Carton quantity and pallet pattern are confirmed per size before production starts.
Inner packing
Cartons sized to the tube so nothing rattles, bows or rubs. Moisture-proof inner bags available for tropical destinations.
Cartons
Five-ply corrugated, printed to your brand if you need it. Marked with size, quantity and batch for easy receiving.
Loading
Palletised and shrink-wrapped free of charge on full-container orders. Weight is spread across the container floor so the bottom layers arrive straight.
Mixed SKUs
Different sizes can travel in one container. We build a loading plan around the combination you order.

Figures are standard container capacities for reference. The quantity of tubes per container depends on tube size and packing, and is confirmed in your loading plan.

Documents that travel with your order
Tell us which market you sell into and we will confirm which standards and declarations apply before the goods ship — not after they reach port.

Certificates and declarations are issued per product and per batch. Send us the destination market and we will confirm in writing what is available for your order.
