Firework Tube FAQ: MOQ, Payment & Lead Times

Our standard MOQ is 1,000 pieces per size for stock molds, and 5,000 pieces for custom molds. For first-time buyers we accept mixed trial orders so you can test several sizes in one shipment. See the ordering terms on our Resources page.

Yes. We cut molds to any inner diameter from 25mm to 300mm, any length up to 1.2m, and wall thickness from 3mm to 20mm. Send us a drawing or a sample and we will match it. Custom mold lead time is about 15 days.

Yes - free samples of stock sizes, you only cover the courier cost. We recommend every new customer tests samples before committing to a container order.

Stock sizes: 15 days. Custom molds: 15 days for tooling plus 15-20 days for production, depending on quantity. We confirm an exact schedule with every quote.

30% deposit by T/T with order confirmation, 70% balance against B/L copy. For established partners we offer more flexible terms. We also accept L/C at sight for large orders.

We quote FOB Shanghai/Ningbo by default. CIF and DDP are available on request for most destinations in Europe, North America and Southeast Asia.

Standard: strong export cartons. Optional: palletized and shrink-wrapped at no charge for full-container orders. Moisture-proof inner bags available for tropical destinations. Full packing and container loading data is on our Resources page.

Molded tubes are pressed in one piece - seamless, stronger, with a smoother inner wall, ideal for display shells and professional use. Spiral-wound tubes are layered and cheaper, suited to fountains and candles. Read our full comparison guide.

Yes. One-color printing is available at any quantity; full-color wraps and OEM branding from 5,000 pieces. Send your artwork and we will prepare a digital proof before production.

Every batch is pressure-tested and inspected before packing. We provide test reports with each shipment and can arrange third-party inspection (SGS/BV) at buyer's request. The full document list is on our Resources page.
