1. Who we are

fireworktubes.com is a manufacturer and exporter of molded firework tubes, operating from Jiangxi, China. In this Privacy Policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to fireworktubes.com; "you" refers to a business customer, a visitor to our website, or a person who contacts us on behalf of a company.

We sell to businesses, not to consumers, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you send an enquiry, request a quotation, order samples or place an order, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, company name, business email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, country and delivery address, and the content of your message or order requirements.

Order and transaction information. Our website runs on Shopify. When you place an order, Shopify and our payment providers process the transaction data. We do not receive or store your full card number. Card data is handled by the payment provider.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers collect technical information when you visit — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page and approximate location derived from the IP address. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Communications. We keep the emails, forms and messages you send us, so we can answer and follow up.

3. How we use your information

to answer your enquiry and prepare quotations, samples and proforma invoices;
to process, produce, pack and ship your order, and to arrange freight and customs documents;
to provide after-sales support, handle claims and keep our business records;
to understand how our website is used so we can improve it;
to send you product and company updates, where you have asked for them;
to meet legal, tax, export-control and accounting obligations.

4. Why we are allowed to use it

Depending on the situation, we rely on: your consent (for example, when you subscribe to updates — you can withdraw it at any time); the need to perform a contract with you (quotations, orders, delivery); our legitimate interests in running and improving a manufacturing business and answering business enquiries; and legal obligations such as record-keeping.

We keep enquiry and quotation records for as long as needed to serve you and to maintain our business records — normally up to 24 months after the last contact. Order, payment, shipping and customs records are kept for longer where tax, export or accounting law requires it. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
ask us to correct information that is inaccurate;
ask us to delete information we no longer need;
object to or ask us to restrict certain uses;
ask for your information in a portable format;
withdraw consent, where we rely on consent.
